I started my Etsy shop in October 2012 with the dream of buying quality jewellery and collectible items and then selling them at near wholesale prices. That is why my shop motto is AFFORDABLE ELEGANCE. It took a while to work out how it was going to work but I had a passion for true vintage and antique wares with many years of studying the areas that I love, which were jewellery and silverware. The reason I started doing this was to find a way to financially support many wonderful but struggling children in Mozambique, one of the twelve poorest nations in the world. I am supporting a school called King of Kings and the money goes to subsidising teachers wages as all the teachers and the principal of the school work dual jobs just to survive. What better than to do what you love and are passionate about and the rest was easy because I just love doing this. I have been growing my buying contacts and clientele steadily over the past twelve months and I am overwhelmed at the support and encouragement that I receive from so many Etsy members. The best part about what I do now is the lovely contacts that I have in Etsy. Being a Christian, it is also greatly important that everything that I do in Etsy in based on honesty and integrity and to ensure that every client has true satisfaction. Another way that I try to assist all potential clients is to offer free postage for most of my items. As you can see, I am truly interested in customer satisfaction.
