ABOUT THE RESTAURANT: We are proud to say we are part of the Downtown Project. We embrace the downtown neighborhood feeling in our dishes as they're designed to invite interaction with the guests at the table as they enjoy their plates and each other’s company. Glutton features a full service bar, our kitchen is open to the dining room with a chef’s table connected to the kitchen where the chefs can interact with and serve the guests as they enjoy their meal. There is a large focus on natural cooking methods such as whole roasted meats and fish from our wood burning oven. The aromas coming from the wood burning oven will hypnotize you. The menu features snacks, small and large plates, both meant for sharing and flat breads. Glutton serves lunch and dinner, in our dining room and patio which seat approx. 100 people; 70 inside and 30 on our patio.
