Another note on feeding discarded Christmas trees! After getting the newsletter a friend in Michigan contacted me to say that she found Christmas trees are also sprayed with a dye type substance to make the trees look greener! I'll do some more research on it, but just thought I would put it out there!

After 2 years of traveling with Goat School, we've decided to stay home and get our farm out of mothballs. We are looking for some registered Boer goats and 10 to 20 Boer crosses to start a meat herd. We'll be traveling the first of May, heading down to either Ohio or Missouri. Anyone out there have goats for sale?
