I have personally found the benefits of Reiki have changed my life. I have found some peace and calm in the chaos of daily life, pain reduction and relief of muscle tension due to relaxation and most of all clarity and focus.I feel truly blessed to be able to share this modality to help others. I have a vast amount of experience with mental health, both adult and children's. I truly understand how relaxation impacts the entire body, mind and spirit. I live each day with gratitude for my life, and for the experiences that have brought me here.
