Gray Chiropractic & Physical Medicine is a holistic approach to health and wellness. Chiropractic care: A specific adjustment to restore proper motion and optimal nerve function. Rehabilitation: Sports and functional based programs to strengthen and stabilize your body to perform your daily activities and or reach a goal in a sport that you enjoy. Use of exercises, taping and specific muscle release to get you to move properly. Genetics: Use of interpretations of genetic code to see any defects in your genes completes with absorption of vitamins and minerals to potential risks for disease. With outline of genes I can offer proper supplementation to correct the problems and offer relief for any internal disorder. Nutrition: After laboratory testing I can analyze what your body needs and is specific for you. From general health and wellness protocols to advanced markers for chronic diseases and infections. Sports: I will perform a functional movement screening to see where your imbalances are or weakness to help strengthen and stabilize those areas to correct your movements to help achieve your goal.
