PRUE IS PASSIONATE ABOUT YOGA and how it can be used to enhance our well-being and how it can be adapted to everyone's needs, regardless of age or level of fitness. Yoga offers great tools for managing everyday life – on and off the mat. Prue has a strong attention to detail when it comes to the alignment of the body in asanas, she is a hands on yoga teacher who takes you deeper into your practice whilst teaching with a sense of humor. Her classes are a combination of traditional yogic principals, yoga philosophy and passion. Many of her students use yoga to help heel an injury, reduce anxiety and depression or are just looking for some ‘me time’ on the mat. She also loves teaching people who are new to yoga ensuring they respect the journey their body has been on. Prue can also be found teaching regular classes at Yogahaven Clapham, Yogahaven Richmond and Lumi Power Yoga. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Namaste
