At Grow Yoga School, we believe in all yoga – every style, every temperature – for all people. In fact, we believe that yoga is so much more than just the asanas and postures taught in a yoga class. Yoga’s history dates back to 200 B.C. and the many layers and styles and benefits are as dynamic as its rich history. Grow Yoga is where you can find all of this opportunity. Grow Yoga is a traveling school bringing passionate yogis together. At Grow Yoga, we offer classes, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings all over the world. We recognize and embrace that yoga is designed to meet the needs of the individual, no matter the pace or the temperature of the room, and so we offer classes for every need, from Power Flow to Slow Flow to Restorative to Hot 26 and more. Grow Yoga School is a safe place to show up, breathe, and tap into the moment with like-minded people. We are passionate eco-tourists, who learn from every culture and place we practice within. We work with locals wherever we travel; our teacher training programs and retreats will enrich your life beyond the mat. Our holistic approach to yoga would not be complete without a health and wellness component relating to the food we fuel our bodies with. At Grow Yoga retreats, we provide fresh, gourmet, living foods for our students, so they may nourish their bodies and minds, practicing non-violence and compassion on a healthy raw, vegan diet.
