to make it easier for busy, socially aware and environmentally-inclined people to choose local and green for their purchasing and lifestyle choices, thegreenrock.ca developed the social enterprise Guide to the Good - www.guidetothegood.ca. it's an initiative designed to help the planet, our communities, and our individual lives as it strengthens the local economy. the guide to the good online platform is a practical online tool that helps people make choices they feel good about. its searchable mobile-friendly interface features local businesses, organizations and stories that support and strengthen physical and mental health, build connections among communities, and empower people with a sense of place. the pilot phase focuses on the Northeast Avalon, with a vision for guide to the good hubs in major centres throughout the province and beyond.

2355 CLB Army Cadets is a youth organization for kids ages 12-18. The program helps children build there leadership skill, and help them build confidence.
