My name is BriAnna Monahan. I'm a Licensed cosmetologist at Dark Veil Dynasty Inc. Hair and Makeup Studio, formally known as Curl up and Dye Salon located on 1416 18th St. Downtown, Bakersfield. I give the best shampoo around, TRUST me haha. I can perform blonde highlights, lowlights, fashion colors, color changes and corrections. I also do haircuts for men, women, and children.
