I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 2007 and have enjoyed every minute of the journey I've been on. Every client that sits in my chair is important to me and I strive to make the time spent in that chair enjoyable, with the intent that in the end they leave feeling beautiful on the inside and out. I started out my career working for the Regis Corporation for 4 1/2 years where I discovered my strengths and weaknesses in the hair industry. We were constantly given continuing education classes on color, haircuts, and products that I still consider valuable in my work today. In May of 2012 I moved over to Kathy's 1st Impressions Hair and Nail Studio. I felt that I was ready to try out renting my own chair at a locally owned business and Praise God so far its been a huge blessing to me and my family. Through this experience my clientele has continued to grow and so has my talent. My personal motto is to offer every single client the best service, products, and advice without taking advantage of them in price. I appreciate every client that walks through our door; their money isn't going into a corporation's pocket, they are helping to buy my family groceries and provide a roof over our head. I have also grown to love most of my clientele as family and think of them often throughout the weeks that I don't see them. I didn't ever think I would get to this point in my career and couldn't be more thankful for the people that have been placed in my life.
