Description

As a PTA we have many opportunities to help in your child’s school. As a member you help by just your $6 membership by adding to our numbers as a unit. We also have carry ins that we need donations for, that is a great way to help to help from home. We also need members that can share their time. We have great opportunities for you to pick and choose which events you enjoy. *Watch DOGS: (Dads Of Great Students): This is to encourage male involvement in the children’s education experience. *Fundraiser: We have a fall fundraiser, helping collecting order forms and distribute the orders to the children. *Book Fair (Fall & Spring): These are both a week long, we need help during the shopping times to help the children to shop for their books. *Jingle Bell Shop: This is also a week long, the children come in and shop for gifts for their friends and family for the Holiday. We need help to get the children in and out in a timely manner. *5th Grade Send off: This is an event at the end of the year for our 5th graders, play games, have lunch, and celebrate the end of elementary school. * Donate for Carry-ins for the Staff: Send in a dish thought out the year when we are showing our appreciation to the great staff we have at Haley. PTA memberships are open to anyone! School staff, adults with children in school, children who have been in school, or even those who do not have children. As a member you are not required to attend meetings or to volunteer. However, it is encouraged. We would love to have new input and ideas. By being a member you are saying you want to support the PTA programs in our school and community. As a member you receive a discount card for local businesses. Online resources, e-newsletters, and member to member networking. Membership dues are $6.00 per individual. We hope that you will consider showing your support by filling out the form, enclose your dues, and return the form. Your membership card and discount card will be forwarded to you promptly.
