The urban dining experience has become very sophisticated. Many bars and restaurants have elevated their traditional, comfort foods to a gourmet level. The beer industry has mirrored this change by elevating mass-market products to a craft level. We at Hallertau Brewing Company want to take the next step in evolution by addressing the gap between craft beers and traditional fine-dining beverages. We feel that a quality beer can compete equally with sprites and wine as beverage of choice for social, fine-dining. To address the gap, we intend to produce a line of premium beers that pair just as nicely with steaks, game and seafood as they do with burgers and pizza. It is our hope that you visit us often as we build our brewery.
