Here at Hamachi Sushi Bar, we believe that the art of sushi has three components: taste, presentation and a lasting impression. The majority of Hamachi’s menu constitutes original dishes that were created by our head chef, Tee Shakya. From the Tiger Roll to the Rising Hamachi, our exclusive and visually stunning sushi rolls are not to be missed. In addition to using more common sauces, Chef Tee has invented close to ten new sauces to complement his delicious sushi. The wide variety ¬– such as Pineapple, Pumpkin and White Sesame sauces – can be seen detailed on our menu. The culinary options and platter pricing at Hamachi are suitable for all your catering needs, from Bar/Bat Mitzvahs to corporate events to intimate family get-togethers. On-site preparation is also available from our skilled chefs.
