Description

Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum proudly announces Hamilton Ink Spot, a new retail store. Located at 375 N. Wabasha St. in downtown Saint Paul, Minnesota, our new space features Hamilton merchandise for sale, as well as a co-op space for Twin Cities artists to print and exhibit their work. Operated by Hamilton’s artistic director, Bill Moran, the 2200-square-foot studio offers gallery space, a retail shop, working letterpress and screen printing studio, and a classroom venue. As a co-op, we'll be featuring the work of the following talented artists: • Lunalux’s Jenni Undis • Studio on Fire’s Ben Levitz and the crew • Illustrator and designer, Bill Ference • Wünderkind Sam Anderson • Sister Black Press’ Monica Edwards Larson • Replace’s Jeff Johnson and his gang • Duffy Partners’ Jessie Lindhorst • Our friends at McNally Smith School of Music Stop by for a cup of coffee from our neighbors at Dunn Bros., pick up some vinyl at Eclipse Records or check out a show at Amsterdam Bar & Hall. It's all about the neighborhood in Saint Paul, come and be a part of it. The Hamilton Ink Spot is looking for more artists, designers and printers to be a part of our co-op.
