In order to improve mental well-being I start out by booking a FREE consultation which will help establish what would increase your levels of happiness, contentment, life satisfaction, fulfillment or however you like to describe your goal. I will look at putting together a completely unique program designed with your individual personality, desires and goals in mind. The service is offered taking principles from CBT, person centered counselling and extensive training in the support field. With that in mind you will note that my prices are more affordable than an average counselling or therapy session and as well as allowing you to talk through your problems and worries also offers practical solutions. Rates and session frequency are based on your particular circumstances.
