Description

When Hanna was a kid, she loved to sell homemade stuff – be it a beaded accessory, a greeting card, or a little bookmark. She and her best friend would set up a small table in front of the latter’s house during summer and sell their little ‘arts and crafts’ to neighbors or anyone who’s just passing by. In later years, however, another ‘homemade’ idea came up. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Technology at University of Santo Tomas in 2006, she was hired as a Research and Development Assistant and Junior Food Technologist at a local food company. The company supplies raw materials to the big guns of the food industry (i.e. Jollibee, Nestle, KFC). Short was her stint with the company though. Nevertheless, this departure started an opportunity of planning a business venture. The Food Project was introduced in 2008 to a few close friends, family friends and neighbors. It was finally named Hanna’s Kitchen Food Services in 2010. The Kitchen offers homemade dishes and desserts – of which some recipes were actually passed down from her Mama, concocted by her Kuya, and developed from the countless FOOD Magazines she inherited from her late uncle. Yes, the business is a family affair. For Hanna grew up in a household that adores food – from a uniquely creative dish to the amazing sensation one feels in his tongue when the food finally touches it. She would stand behind a table and watch her Mama whipped a cream that will be used in creating a Mango Ref Cake or savor mouthfuls of a Spinach and Chicken in White Sauce, returning to the serving bowl to refill her plate. Hanna’s Kitchen is all about that – preparing the best homemade quality food with the most appropriate, sanitized and careful way possible. And it is also added with the most important ingredient of all – Love. For whom better to serve and share the delicious creation with than the ones you love. =)

General Info

Our baked product offerings: cupcakes, cookies, cakes, cake pops, and cheesecakes. For bulk orders and customized cupcakes and cakes, placing of orders would have to be 1 week prior to the occasion. Rates for our savory dishes are available upon request. :)
