Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor offering Yoga, Mindfulness, Movement and Meditation to the community of Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. Introducing an innovative, practical approach to yoga and mindfulness consultation with a circle of skilled teachers and facilitators, we will provide training for groups, teams, corporate and private clients with special emphasis in the following areas: - First responders and military veterans; - Elite athletes and competitive sports teams; - HIIT-style yoga for men (High Intensity Interval Training); - Men's and boys' mind-body fitness; - Equestrians, performers, dancers; - Mental health, chronic pain, ptsd; - Custom designed corporate workshops and events. We will soon be bringing the BROGA Yoga for Men training system to the Greater Sudbury area. To bring together tools for mind and body fitness in an accessible way to those who seek excellence, clarity and balance in life.
