Hello! My name is Beth Temple-Holmes. I'm a Registered Nurse, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Life Coach. I understand what it feels like to struggle with health and weight challenges, because I've been there. Despite adding one medication after another to my regimen, I continued to develop more and more symptoms of illness. Using nutrition as a tool, I was able to overcome my weight issues, rebalance my body, and eliminate the symptoms of illness rather than merely subduing them. Hippocrates said, "let food be thy medicine, and medicine be thy food." The body is a miracle and has the ability to heal itself from within, if only we provide it with the proper nourishment. Harmony Nutrition will open its doors in 2014. Until then, I will be sharing information with you that will help you transform your health and your life. Without a balanced body you cannot have good health. Without good health you cannot enjoy balance in your life.
