This is the National Qualification for anyone delivering training and assessment services in the Vocational Education and Training sector. It equips people to become a professional trainer in their particular field of expertise. It is also a useful qualification for Senior Secondary Teachers, Youth Workers, and anyone wanting to get involved with Adult Education Training & Development. The 10 Day program has been designed due to industry concerns that people starting the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (through predominantly online learning programs) were not completing it. Although 10 days is a large block of time to allocate towards a qualification, once you have completed the program you will receive your qualification with no other work to be done. This program especially suits busy, interactive people who are unlikely to find time at home to complete their assessments and learn best when working with others than by themselves. We know if you can make the dates you will love the program and most importantly get the qualification that you paid for. The course will cover the 10 units of competency listed below. Face to Face Classes. (10 Days or 2 x 5 Day Sessions) $1495* Our 10 Day program has had significant success in seeing people complete the TAA program and go on to become trainers in their field of expertise. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Please contact us to organise an individual assessment of your current training experience to enable you to fast track your way towards this qualification.
