Description

In April 2013 we suddenly lost two of our beautiful children in a house fire. Rosie was our oldest child at 17 years old, she was the most beautiful girl in side and out. Harvey was 3 years old ,the baby of the family who always had the biggest smile for everyone. the loss of our children is very painful and hard to deal with. my beautiful children still live on in many ways for us, in our hearts ,our minds and they were both organ donors so out there is a special girl or boy with a special gift of life from my beautiful children. we had a lot of support form the community and my close friend who is managing the charity with me which as enabled us to give my children a beautiful resting place , had the support and money raised by them all had not been done for us im not sure how we would of been able to give my children a beautiful resting place. our charity is set up in memory of harvey and rosie to help other family's who are going though the same pain of losing a child/children to help them in many ways and to try to help them to give there child/children a beautiful resting place too .

University of Exeter Students' Guild
Devonshire House, Stocker Road Exeter EX4 4PZ United Kingdom

www.exeterguild.com/vote We are your Students' Union - we just have a different name. When you become a student of the University of Exeter, you automatically become a member of the Students’ Guild, which means you have a say in what happens here. The Guild is affiliated to the National Union of Students (NUS), which will give you a voice nationally on student-related issues. The Guild is a democratic organisation. This means that everyone has an equal say in what we do. Every year, four students are voted in as representatives (sabbatical officers) who are your voice to the University and wider community. The officers are scrutinised by various committees, to make sure they are doing their job. They are supported by a forum of elected volunteers who represent student-related problems. Whatever your interest, you’ll be able to find the perfect society for you. And if you can’t, you can set up your own. Over 7,000 students join a society each year and there are over 190 of them. You can join one or two, or as many as you like- it’s up to you. The Students’ Guild has several services available to support or advise you, if you need it. Whether you need someone to talk to, help with accommodation or if you have a problem with your course, there is always someone who can help you. The Advice Unit (Forum, Level 2) is your first port of call for free, confidential advice on a range of issues, including housing, finance and academic-related problems. We also have Voice, a free confidential listening and information service; run by students, for students. Please visit our website for more information or to get in touch with someone.
