Our Goal: Each case is different, but the goal of Haven's Heart remains the same: to assist the child and their family through the current crisis. Most cases typically span a 12 week period. During this journey, our multidisciplinary team addresses every aspect of the family's needs. This includes: personal in-home visits, an individualized plan of care, resources, referrals, and follow up. Providing a Haven in a time of crisis.
