Thank you for visiting my page. I am a new business who provides counselling services. I am an integrative Counsellor who offers both short term and long term work to individuals. My aim is to enable individuals to grow in themselves in a safe, accepting environment for my clients to explore their difficulties. Counselling helps individuals to explore their feelings and emotions affecting them in the present or from their past. As a integrative counsellor I can work in the here or now or work with conflicts from the past. The help that I offer ranges from short-term counselling, focused on a specific problem such as a major life change or bereavement, to open-ended therapy which is a deeper personal exploration. My aim is to work with people to understand their anxieties so that they can come to know and accept themselves, and to find their own meanings and ways through their questions and difficulties. Counselling sessions will be confidential and focused on individual needs. I also am a licence trainer that provides workshops based on Susan Jeffers book "Feel The Fear and do it anyway" Please contact me to discuss your individual needs. Never give up on your dreams it does not matter what age you are dreams can always come true just follow your intuition and face your fears. Living in fear is a lot more painful than facing your fears... What's the worse that's going to happen!? Do something you wouldn't normally do today it does not matter how big or small. Little stepping stones is the perfect way to start. Believe in you and miracles will happen
Your dreams are yours never let anyone take them away. If you believe then you will achieve.
Before you can live a part of you has to die. That part that holds anger, resentment, jealously and other uncomfortable feelings. You can't change the past but you can change today. Let go and forgive and then miracles start to happen. When we live and act from our heart's amazing things start to unfold. Forgiveness is about letting go. Feel the fear and do it anyway. Make a change today small stepping stones is enough.
Make a decision today to make a change. Nothing will change unless you do things differently. Follow your instincts always, it will feel uncomfortable at first because of fears but stay with it and at the end of the storm there is always a rainbow. Be who you were intended to be not what others want you to be. Things will fall into place when you live life this way.
Do you find your self feeling fed up of doing the same thing every day and just can't see a way out, feeling lost and stuck. Just remember this is a choice. You can be who you want to be and have all the happiness you need. One step at a time is enough, make a choice today and start to be who you were meant to be. The outside world can affect us more than we realise. Half of us only use 10% of what we are capable off that's 90% unused can you imagine what you could achieve if you used it all. Don't waste your life any longer trying to please others, living someone else's life. While you are pleasing others you are depriving yourself of your own happiness. Today is your chance. Write down how you would like your life to be, how it will look, how you will feel etc. Good feelings attract good things this is a fact. On Saturday 31st January 2015 I faced one of my biggest fears of presenting a workshop. A few weeks before I nearly cancelled the event but was aware this was my own fears and anxieties. By pushing though my fears I'm now in a place where I feel I can move out of one comfort zone to the next. It's an amazing feeling and I am going to continue opening these doors. Do not let your fears control you.... Pushing through fear is less frightening than living with the bigger underlying fear that comes from a feeling of helplessness. Go out and be who you want to be and remember mistakes make us wiser just keep going :)
The one person to have trust in is yourself...When you say ' I cant do something or I am fearful of something' what you are really saying is 'I have no trust in myself'. What ever your mind can imagine can be achieved. Let go of 'This is just a dream' and start believing in yourself. Don't waste your life waiting, make those dreams become reality and be who you were meant to be..
My 6 year old daughter asked me recently 'why are we here'? and I thought what a question... We only get one chance at it and I feel we are here to live life full and to make a difference. Your life is your chance to make a difference and to live it your way not how others want you to. Don't look at things as mistakes or regrets look at it as experiences you have learnt from :)
Be the kind of person you want to surround yourself with ...once you do this you will start to attract the right kind of people into you life
This is the time of year individuals like to make New Years resolutions. Often disappointment comes quickly because you put too much pressure on yourselves. one step at a time to make these changes is enough and keep reminding yourself of this. The only way your world will change is if you make it happen. The great thing about life is you are in control of your feelings and thoughts. Start to open your heart more and let go of defences a new world is waiting for you don't waste it.
We can often spend our life trying to please others, This can be extremely exhausting. We all have different journeys and it is impossible for everyone to like everyone but remember what others don't like in you is usually a quality they want in themselves. Live life your way you will feel a lot lighter and happier

The end of the year is approaching and its a great time to reflect on the year. Don't look at things as mistakes look at them as experiences you have learnt from. Often we put ourselves down by not doing enough but this has an impact on our self esteem. Start to be kinder to yourself and one step at a time is enough to make these positive changes. When you get that feeling of hopelessness and disappointment it can be extremely difficult to get back on the right path. Don't give up on believing in you and your dreams. Use gratitude to get back on track, It is the one emotion that can get you feeling wonderful within seconds. Be Grateful for the small thing first. Make a choice today to have the life you deserve not the life others want you to live.
When you start to make changes you move from a place of comfort to the unknown which can be fearful. One day at a time is enough but don't stop keep going the more fears you face the more doors you will open. The only way to get rid of fear is to go out and do it. Believe in you and your life will start to unfold.
1 in 10 families suffer from domestic Violence. Physical, mental and emotional abuse can all seriously affect your self esteem and self confidence. Don't be manipulated in thinking it is your fault. No individual deserves to be treated like this. For men and woman who are suffering from this there are lots of amazing organisations that will help and keep you safe. Keep you and your children safe and make a choice to have the life you deserve, to be confident in your self and make your own decisions.
Letting go and forgiving can be one of the hardest things to do. Once you start to let go and forgive amazing things start to happen inside of you. We are meant to live with excitement and joy. Don't waste your life living in the past it's a waste of time it can't be changed but today can so make a choice today to live the life you are meant to have
One of the best days in a persons life is when you can stop caring about what everyone thinks about you and start caring about being yourself. This is your life live it how you want to live it and the right people will stay. Everyone's journey is different we can't all like the same things that's what makes us unique and wonderful.
