Description

KARATE for Men, Women and Children Hyung Chi Do is a mixed martial art and is the result of a lifetime of dedicated training, mental, physical and spiritual development. It has combined some of the most effective and practical techniques for self-defence while maintaining the traditional values of a true martial art. It has a Tae Kwon-Do/Karate base and it incorporates techniques from Kung Fu and Aikido. While you train with the HCD Martial Art Academy you will not only get fit, strong and flexible, you will develop focus, self-discipline, self-control, courtesy and respect - five qualities that can see you through any difficult situation that may arise in your life. Our training programs have been developed to suit all learning styles, fitness levels and ages. They involve a balance of fun, discipline and physical exercise that brings out the best in everyone. If you train hard and practice daily, you will develop the ability to focus your mental and physical energy. This focus will allow you to achieve almost any goal you set yourself.
