Healing Path Detox and Residential Treatment

Description

We are pleased to introduce Healing Path Recovery, an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for those in recovery from substance abuse and dependence. At Healing Path Recovery, we use a broad range of therapeutic and spiritual philosophies, combined with psychiatric care to ensure optimal treatment for the mind, body and soul. The Medical Director, Sayeh Beheshti, M.D., and all of our group therapists have an extensive background in treatment of addiction. Therapy is done in a group setting. Therapists have extensive experience with the recovery process. Each therapist will specialize in a different aspect of group therapy, such as psychodrama, coping skills, education, trauma, meditation, etc. Potential clients will undergo a one hour initial evaluation by Dr. Beheshti, the Medical Director of the program. If psychiatric medication management is indicated, Dr. Beheshti will either manage medications personally, or will coordinate care with current psychiatrist. If you join our IOP, we encourage a minimum of two months, however you can sign up for a one month commitment at a time. Once signed up for the program, you are highly encouraged to attend every single day to get the maximum benefit possible. We also encourage you tocontinue to attending 12-step meetings and to continue working the program with your sponsor.
