Health Foundations as created by Neal and Tracy DeGeer, with a goal of building constructive partnerships with people where the values of mutual support, co-prosperity and interdependence can be practiced. We believe that balanced health information should be available to people so that they can have a sensible basis to evaluate whether something would be a benefit for them or not. Ultimately we are each responsible for our own health and Doctors, Naturopaths and other experts are helping and supporting us but we have to be in touch with our own bodies and attitudes. The cultural influences through multimedia, Internet, movies, games, music etc are so powerful, stimulating or overwhelming loud compared to our body’s quiet, or not so quiet when you have pain-wisdom that it is trying to give to you. It is hoped that you can find some tools here to help you discover how wonderfully well your body can work if you work with it as it was designed to be used.
