Health Foundations is the Twin Cities' first free-standing birth center located on historic Grand Avenue in Saint Paul, Minnesota. We offer a luxurious, high-end design, combining comfort and safety with a commitment to environmentally friendly and locally sourced materials. We provide the service levels of a boutique hotel, the comforts of home, and an experience that is relaxing and personal. Clinical excellence and safety are first and foremost. Clinical care is led by our Midwives and OBGyn. We have hospital privileges to provide a seamless transition to medical services as needed, including cesarean section, ensuring continuity of care for our patients before, during and after birth.
