At HealthStrong Community (HSC), we strongly believe that patients feel most comfortable when treated in familiar surroundings. So we provide unsurpassed “at-home” health care for those needing the services of a fully-registered Podiatrist, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist. Please note that HSC is the only company that literally delivers all these services to the patient’s location. So there’s no need to try and contact individual therapists to see if they make house calls. It’s all taken care of for you. We also save the parties involved time and effort by facilitating bookings, payments and even note-sharing between therapists. Everything begins with the patient’s needs and wishes. We are firmly committed to placing the physical safety and social well-being of patients above all else. Our passion is to properly serve the Aged Care Community. This patient-centred approach respects the dignity of each individual as a fellow human being. As such, we work to enable patients to develop as much independence and individual choice as possible. High quality care made affordable. We happily accept Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) and Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) patients. Eligible EPC patients are entitled to a rebate through Medicare. Both DVA and EPC patients require the relevant paperwork to be completed by their GP prior to treatment. We also offer care to patients under an EACH and EACH-D care package. We are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and are members of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, Western Australian Podiatry Association and the Australian Occupational Therapy Association. We’re right in the community! You will find us throughout Western Australia, New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria. HSC employs more than 120 healthcare professionals across multiple disciplines serving hundreds of Aged Care facilities. Our growing team of specialists performs more than 20,000 treatments a week across Australia. We deliver evidence-based clinical practices and provide comprehensive documentation and communication processes in working as part of your team.
