Due to the Nightcliff pool temporary closure, their Aqua classes will not be on until further notice. If you are looking for an alternative, Casuarina Pool has Aqua Tuesday 5.30-6.15pm with Melissa, $5 including pool entry.

Explore Rapid Creek this weekend! Join in a leisurely walk from the Jingili Water Gardens along the Rapid Creek walking tracks, led by the Rapid Creek Landcare Group. Saturday 13 June, 9.30am start from the shelter closest to the large playground. Walk will be followed by morning tea for a gold coin donation. :)
Happy Monday, it's time to Get Moving in the Parks! Mum n Bubs Fitness starts Wednesday 9.00am at Garanmanuk Park, Damabila Dr, Lyons with HG Fitness. Designed for mums both pre and post natal, where bub can be used in the workout. Great for rebuilding your strength, fitness & shedding unwanted baby weight! All fitness levels welcome. Come along and meet other new mums and make friends in a healthy environment :)
