Give me not the path, but un-trampled land and falling leaves and wind combing idly through the canopy. Let me rest between the branches of a tree that knows no harm and hear the soft humming of my mother as she prepares to sleep until it is time again to rise. Then to my place of warmth and light I will return knowing that my heart may rest as long as the bounties of this harvest last and light from the fire and lanterns are cast upon the sleeping faces of my loves. ~Kissi Happy Mabon
There's a lot going on with H.S.A. right now! Our Turkey Leg & Scotch Egg booth at KCRF is booming - and we can always use more volunteers on a Saturday. This fundraising experience has been incredible for the organization. Other upcoming excitement includes the Heartland Families Camp-out October 4-5 at Gaea and A Witches' Ball October 31 at the Pop Up Art Gallery. Are you ready?
Is anyone who's not going to LBLD available to help out with HSA's Ren Fest booth this weekend? A few hours in our booth gets you in free for the day! 14 & older kiddos can work too!
More Teasers for HPF 2015: H.S.A. is proud to present Big Bad Gina, Ginger Doss & Lynda Millard! These lovely ladies will grace us with their presence and their music at Heartland Pagan Festival 2015.
Spoilers!. . . Heartland Pagan Festival 2015 will have the honor of hosting the following presenters: Aislinn Firehawk, Grandmother Elspeth, and T. Thorn Coyle: Know Thyself
Merchants Committee update ~ at this time, I have all spaces filled. If you wish to be on the Waiting List, please message me ~ things do happen that change people's plans at the last minute, so there is still a chance you may be able to get a space. Plus, there's always the Blanket Merchant area. If you have talked with me and I've told you there was space for you, please check your email. After Friday, February 20th, I'll release these last few spaces for anyone else wishing to vend. I'm getting pretty excited about the way this year for HPF is unfolding! Can't wait to see everyone!!!
For those of you wishing to vend, I've got the Merchants Registration form and am pulling together the rest of what I need to send you. If you haven't contacted me about vending yet, please send me an EMAIL to email@example.com as soon as possible. I'm laying out the circle now and everyone should have an email from me no later than Monday!
It is Ren Fest time again and once again I am trying to find the crew to run the turkey leg booth for HSA. I am looking for volunteers to work 4 hour shifts every weekend and holiday from Sept. 5th to Oct. 18th. Any single day, or all weekend long, or all weekends, would be fine - no obligation to work any more or less than you want. Shifts are 4 hours long and you receive a free pass for the entire day. It is a great way to get to enjoy the festival for free as often as you want! Contact me at : https://www.facebook.com/steve.s.starks for more info.
