When centered and connected, we move effortlessly through mental restrictions and doubt that once drained us. Decisions that used to challenge us fade away into possibilities we resonate with, rather than making us feel overwhelmed or tired. I use a variety of modalities to help you reconnect to your own divine spark and to restore your globl health. Each is a different way of restoring harmony between your body and soul and each lets me meet you where you need support most: on some days your body might need extra attention, while on others energy work will provide the key to bring you together. Body and energywork include Kinetic Swedish Massage and hot stone therapy relieve physical stress while refreshing your mental and emotional state. Reiki, and chakra balancing can be used to re-align subtle energy channels while encouraging a deeper state of relaxation. In addition to body and energy work, I feel it's important to know yourself and the energy of the moment you're experiencing. Soul centered astrology and tarot are some of the keys I like to use for self discovery and guidance. These can help you chart your course through life challenges, but also as a means to gain deeper self knowledge. Following a natal chart reading, custom gem elixirs and flower essences are available to help you stay aligned with your core energy pattern. Finally, for the deepest level of discovery, support and self knowledge, there is no better medicine than homeopathy. I currently offer first aid and acute remedy prescriptions for all ages and am actively looking for clients who want to find their core remedy prescriptions as part of my 3rd year of diploma studies in homeopathy.
