Description
ABOUT HEATHER I've always had a passion for photography. Mainly inspired by my former life as a model, I always preferred the idea of being behind the camera than in front of it. Working in different light conditions, both on location and in the studio gave me a real insight into what photography involved, albeit back then it was all done in film. More recently, I took a 3 month photography course in 2010 whilst living in the south of France. Both the scenery and the light there are amazing and the opportunities for photography are vast. From there, I photographed weddings, models, landscapes, and commercial photography for clients' websites. I love the work of Richard Avedon. His style of portrait photography defined much of what we view as stylish and beautiful today. More locally, I love the work of Glasgow born David Eustace and the projects he undertakes.
