Green Belt Nia teacher, Robbie Plumb, has been leading Nia classes and workshops in the Johnson County area for over 2 years. Robbie discovered this unique blend of Martial Arts, Dance Arts, and Healing Arts after living with chronic neck pain while teaching high impact aerobic classes that were deteriorating his body. The Nia Technique, with its philosophy of following "The Body's Way", was the answer to his need for self-healing and Joyful movement!
