Order Placement, Shipping Terms and Freight Charges The Hendrick Motorsports Raced Parts site is intended to provide a generic listing of Race or Collector car parts that may or may not be available at the time you place an order. We accept only VISA, MasterCard or American Express at this time. Please note: We DO NOT accept cash money or personal checks through the mail. Only credit card information taken over the phone. Hendrick Motorsports Raced Parts will make every effort to insure that product information on this website is correct; however it is for reference only. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order based on typographical errors, outdated or incorrect pricing or product information, or unforeseen changes to applicable duties, taxes or freight charges. This includes orders that have been confirmed and/or charged to a customer’s account or credit card. If we have charged your account or credit card and your order was cancelled, we will issue a full credit based on the incorrect charge. We ship F.O.B. origin and use UPS or Fed-Ex for most product shipments. In stock items are typically shipped within 48 hours of order placement or less. If the product you’re requesting is not in stock, we will notify you of any lead time via e-mail or phone call. The average delivery time for ground shipments is 5 to 10 working days (M-F). If you request an item for overnight delivery, the order must be submitted no later than 1:30pm EST (Mon – Fri), not require oversized or special packaging, and must be IN STOCK at the time the order is placed. If it is not, we will make every effort to notify you of the delivery lead time the same day the order is placed. We do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes at this time. As a security precaution, we will not waive the receipt signature requirement for any shipment. Once an order has been processed and shipped, that order cannot be cancelled. Because of the possibility for dimensional freight charges, our calculated shipping cost quote is for reference only. The actual freight charge will be noted on your order once the item has shipped. Order Cancellation When an order is placed with Raced Parts, the customer has contracted us to ship the item ordered. Unless we receive a written notice from the customer at least two working days (M-F) in advance of shipment, stating that he or she no longer wants the item, it will ship as scheduled. To send a cancellation notice, please e-mail us at hendrickracedparts@hmsracing.com . Please note, on occasion an order or parts of an order may be cancelled. Some reasons are: • Item(s) not available. • Difficulty in processing your payment information. • Cannot ship to address provided (we cannot ship to P.O. boxes). • Duplicate order was placed. If we cancel an order, or any part thereof, we will notify the customer of the circumstances via e-mail or phone call, at the point the order is cancelled.
