HILLEN ARCHITECTS is a new architectural practice located along Newcastle’s Central Promenade. Established in October 2010 we pride ourselves on our innovative designs, effective problem solving and attention to detail. Our goal is to meet and exceed the expectations of every client. The principal architect, Barry Hillen, completed his postgraduate qualifications at Queens University, Belfast in 2007 and has since been involved in a wide range of project work in the locality. Barry is a Chartered Architect and is registered with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and the Architects Registration Board (ARB). Our areas of expertise include housing developments, bespoke house design, farm dwellings, house extensions, roof space conversions, barn conversions, urban planning, and commercial and industrial projects. Our services are tailored to lead our clients through the entire build process, from the initial concept, scheme design, Planning and Building Control applications, through to the realisation of the project on site. We believe in the use of 3D visualisation and motion graphics as a key design tool to give the client a realistic insight into their design and to achieving their desired end product. It is the aim of this Practice to offer a professional service, providing high quality designs, on time and to budget. Maintaining these high standards, we strive to achieve our objective of providing the highest levels of satisfaction for all our clients. Our architectural rates are extremely reasonable and competitively priced, and many of our customers are repeat clients and referrals.
