This organization provides conferences and training workshops to assist the youth in receiving a revelation concerning who they are. Empowerment is key to assist the youth. Fit Families USA, Corp. is aiding in the fight against obesity by bringing the entire family together for fun activities, education and support. Fit Families USA travels the United States sharing the importance of health and wellness, along with family unity, when it comes to fighting, preventing, treating and beating obesity. We organize events such as our "Family Fit Day at the Park" where we host a 1 mile walk and health fair. We encourage full family participation, therefore, we only charge $1.00 per family member for registration. Each paid registrant receives a FREE Fit Families t-shirt!
