A holiday at Hope Island Views, provides guests an ideal base from which to indulge in an array of activities during your stay, such as golfing, boating, fishing, water sports, shopping and fine dining, as well as the many theme parks, beaches and events that the Gold Coast is famous for. This private and majestic home spans three storeys and enjoys uninterrupted views along the Coomera River, with plenty of room for up to 14 guests. There are 6 guest rooms, some with private bathrooms, a laundry, lounge-room, entertainer’s kitchen, games room and expansive deck, along with a number of balconies to both the front and rear of the house. There is a heated swimming pool, private jetty with pontoon, and free wireless internet making Hope Island Views the ideal base to make the most of your holiday on the Gold Coast. An extremely comfortable and well-appointed lounge room services is on the ground floor. The room features a large flat screen television, Foxtel IQ, indoor fireplace, air conditioning, 3-seater leather lounge with comfy recliners plus a piano, creating an ambient and inviting space to relax and unwind or entertain. The large, well equipped entertainer’s kitchen is ideal for enjoying your continental breakfast, or home cooked meals, or simply appreciating the views across the Coomera River. The outdoor deck runs the length of the house and includes a BBQ and outdoor dining table, overlooking the river, with steps leading down to a lower deck and private jetty with its own pontoon. Facilities close by include a Restaurant, Hair Salon, Yoga & Massage, as well as a large park with BBQ facilities and boat ramp. Hope Island Marina and the Hope Island Shopping Centre are just a short 5 minute drive, with several eateries, a newsagent, Coles Supermarket, chemist, liquor store and a number of specialty stores.
