Since joining the Hops Test Kitchen's culinary team in February of 2016, Chef Brian Miller led the transformation of the kitchen to focus on from-scratch dishes. His delicious creations are inspired by French and Italian techniques and flavors. All of our ingredients are sourced from local farms and suppliers whenever possible to obtain the highest quality ingredients for our dishes.
