All this yet close to the amenities of Inverness (Capital of the Highlands) and Tesco deliveries, this eco-built ‘polystyrene’ self-catering house with wireless Internet connection, I-Pod stations, and huge dining table, outside dining table, BBQ is a perfect base for your family holiday or weekend break with friends. There are plenty of outdoor activities nearby and on-site by arrangement. Activities include paintball, lasertag, kayaking, Mini Highland Games, Archery, Canadian Canoeing, Rib boats on Loch Ness, learn to climb on nearby rock faces or go mountain biking! This area of Inverness-shire is a great base for Links Championship Golf, mountain biking and walking the 7 Loch Trail, salmon and trout fishing, The Whisky Trail, shopping, sightseeing, bird-watching, rock climbing and winter sports. Inside: This amazing property is so versatile it can accommodate a large group of individuals (15 in individual beds) or up to 19 family members. All rooms are accessible downstairs by wheelchair users. The house also has a table football, Xbox1, XBox 360 and PS3. Throughout the house are jigsaws, toys, books, magazines, games, board games, card table, cards and for the very young there is a wonderful large Brio train set with trains. For adults there is a poker/roulette table in the main sitting room. Outside catering is an option too…give yourselves a well-earned break on your long weekend! Outside: Play park with zip-wire, football pitch and goals, roundabout, swings, telly tubby hill with slide, toddler slide, see-saw, boules, a cricket bat set, a variety for toddlers to teens. There is parking for several cars, large vans and 2 bike storage racks with locking chain. The house is accessible downstairs by wheelchair users and has a downstairs bedroom with adjoining wet-room which is ideal for the elderly and less mobile. We are within the 10 mile radius for supermarket deliveries and certain Inverness takeaways! Please note that the entrance is 1 mile further on than the centre of the postcode so don't turn off the main road until you see the big black sign and two turrets! It is on the northern shoreline of the loch, by the peninsular which juts out into the loch.
