Drawing Tip: For left handed artists....turn your spiral bound sketch upside down and work from the back of the book. The spirals will be on the right side and not interfere with your hand. - Alison, New York City, NY

Painting Tip: Grapes and Berries- To paint quick and easy grapes and berries load a round stencil brush with your main paint color (purple for grapes, red for berries, etc), then load white on the outer edge. Place your loaded brush straight down on your painting surface, give it a swirl and lift. Gradate the size of the brush for grape bunches.

Drawing Tips! 1. Using A Hard Grade of Pencil If you have no very dark shadows and the whole picture is rather pale, check your pencil. Are you using a Number2 (HB) pencil? These are too hard to draw with (though they are handy for light shading). Get a B, 2B and 4B for darker values. Please share!
