HPA (Helping People Achieve) has been providing services to businesses since 1963, while providing employment & accommodation to Territorians with a physical or intellectual challenge. HPA operates 2 businesses, Kokoda Industries and Ausdesigns™. Kokoda Industries – outdoor tables, chairs and seating solutions for schools, hospitality industry and residential settings. Mini grandstands, bike racks, pallets and crates made to order. Sprinkler stands, pine lattice, pegs, aluminium tags, defence targets. Ausdesigns™ - screen printing, digital printing, embroidery, work wear, PPE, corporate wear, industrial rags, confidential shredding, sewing, conference bags & packing, indigenous print haberdashery, tourist/promotional bags, souvenirs, assembly work, mail outs, satchel packing etc. All new opportunities will be considered so if you have a request - no job too big or small. Mission Statement Our mission is to assist people with disabilities to achieve their full potential. HPA Helping People Achieve provides opportunities for people with disabilities to learn skills, commensurate with individual ability, and to engage in meaningful activities within the various enterprises conducted by HPA. Members of the Board, management, and staff promote a culture of competence, caring and encouragement and seek to promote a professional image in all activities conducted by HPA Helping People Achieve.
