Description

Your ticket to the City of Culture. Live Music, Film & The Arts, Comedy, clubbing and much more... FAQs How Do I Book Tickets Online? If you are booking your tickets online and aren't already registered with our online booking service then you need to set up an account. We recommend you do this in advance so you are pre-registered and account is set up for you - click here to register - if this doesn't take you directly to the log in screen you will need to return to the home page and click "Account" at the top right hand side of the page. Can I View My Purchases? You can check your order in the ‘Account’ section of the HullBoxOffice.com ticketing system by clicking here - in this section you can edit your profile details, see all of your orders and download any Print At Home tickets you have purchased. Can I Book By Telephone? Tickets can be purchased over the phone by calling our ticket sales hotline on (01482) 221113. Our phone lines are open Monday - Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 10am-4pm. Can I Buy A Ticket From Your Offices? We do not operate a walk-in customer-facing office for ticket sales. All sales are via our website or ticket sales hotline. I've Forgotten My Password, what should I do? If you have forgotten your password needed to login to HullBoxOffice.com, you can request a new password to be emailed to you. Click here and then select 'Forgotten your password? Reset here' How do I sell tickets for my event with you? Please call the HullBoxOffice.com hotline (01482) 221113 (Monday - Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 10am-4pm) for more information, or email us at sales@hullboxoffice.com and we'll get back to you with all the details. Clients we have helped deliver ticketing for include: Fruit, The New Adelphi Club, The Welly Club, Kardomah 94, O'Rileys, Union Mash Up, Stage @The Dock, Hull Trintity House, The Minerva, The University of Hull, Funktion, Holy Trinity Church, Freedom Festival, Hull University Union, Lyricull Festival, Beverley Folk Festival, Humber Street Sesh, Cottingham Folk Festival, Amy Johnson Festival, Hull Film Festival, Hull Jazz Festival, Hull Comedy Festival, VMS, Summers End, Déjà vu, Under The Influence, Shinobi, YoYo, Hull Independent Cinema, GJM Promotions, Middle Child, Different Language, Get Down, Crystal Clear. Why Do You Charge Booking Fees? The booking fee (aka commission) is the charge made by HullBoxOffice.com for booking tickets through our website (listed as "+BF" on event pages and "cmsn" upon checkout) The event promoter/venue keeps the ticket money from sales, this is why booking fees are highlighted as separate charges and not built into the ticket price. HullBoxOffice.com does not set the ticket price, this is set by the promoters/venue of the event who have used HullBoxOffice.com to sell their tickets. Unless stated, tickets purchased online or through the ticket hotline are subject to a 10% booking fee [or a minimum of 50 pence] per ticket. What are the Booking Fees for? The charges we make are there to cover the costs of our ticketing service, for example the costs of the website, ticketing software, call centre offices and equipment, credit card fees, marketing and staff wages. Can I Get A Refund Or Exchange My Ticket For Another Event? Please note that once the sale has been confirmed, there will be no refund or exchange available from this point, unless there is a cancellation of the event or a date change. I Have A Question, How Can I Contact You? Please call the HullBoxOffice.com hotline (01482) 221113 (Monday - Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 10am-4pm), or email us at info@hullboxoffice.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. How Will I Receive My Tickets? Post – physical tickets will be posted second class (two or three working days) to the address stipulated in the user's HullBoxOffice.com account at a cost of £1.50 per order (of up to 10 tickets). The date of posting will vary from show to show, but in most cases tickets will be dispatched on the next working day following the date of purchase. Print At Home – there is no charge if you decide to print off your own tickets. Please ensure that you have the relevant equipment and software to be able to print your own tickets. When you book tickets using Print at Home you will be automatically emailed your tickets as a PDF file to the email address stipulated in your HullBoxOffice.com account. Your tickets will be attached to an email with the subject line of: "Your HullBoxOffice tickets are ready to be downloaded", called Ticket.pdf. If the attachment is not with the email, or your email does not arrive, check your junk email folder and/or anti-virus settings in case the tickets have been removed. You will also be sent a confirmation email which is for your records only, but please remember you will only be able to access the venue upon production of the printed paper tickets as they hold your unique QR code that will be scanned by venue stewards. NEITHER EMAIL CAN BE USED TO GAIN ENTRY TO ANY EVENT. You can also download your Print At Home tickets from the ‘Account’ section of the HullBoxOffice.com ticketing system by clicking here, and navigating to 'MY PRINT AT HOME TICKETS' IF you cannot print out your tickets using a printer, you MAY be able to produce the tickets using a mobile device, but this is not recommended. In this case please have the screen brightness of the device set to maximum and remove any screen protectors prior to entering the venue. If this method fails, you may be asked to pay the full ticket price to enter the venue. Can I Purchase Tickets At A Concessionary Rate? The event promoter sets the ticket prices and in most instances concessions are available. However, if you are purchasing concessionary tickets you may be asked to provide evidence that you are entitled to purchase tickets at the concessionary rate when your tickets are checked as you enter the venue - if you are unable to provide this evidence you will not be admitted into the venue and will be required to purchase tickets at full price. Please note that the age at which a child to qualifies for concessionary rates varies from event to event, therefore please check the age limit on the specific events page before booking. If in doubt call the HullBoxOffice.com hotline (01482) 221113, or email us at info@hullboxoffice.com for further information.
