Qualified Hypnotherapist, Mind Coach (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Diet and Nutrition Consultant offering integrative therapies for permanent change for all manner of habitual problems, phobia, IBS, weight related concerns, performance related issues and pain management. I also provide an assisted birthing programme using hypnosis and relaxation, a Virtual Gastric Band programme and a programme for panic/anxiety attacks. My practise is 'integrative'. That means I use a variety of techniques in combination to provide powerful tools for rapid change in a manner that is totally unique to each client. I believe everyone has hypnotic talents and often don't know just how 'practised' in hypnosis they are. These are some of those talents; emotional catalepsy, 'I just feel stuck'; Dissociation, 'I don't feel anything any more'; Hyperaesthesia (emotional hypersensitivity) 'I seem to lose it at the slightest thing'; Association, 'I am overwhelmed with these feeling, day and night'; and Amnesia, 'I'm petrified of spiders and I don't know why!' These talents are often an indication of the type of treatment that can be used to help, but more importantly they usually help predict the success of Hypnotherapy as they show a good degree of susceptibility on the part of the client.
