I.N. Touch Automotive is a small Faith based full service auto shop trying to plant roots in the outskirts of a big city. Family owned and family operated we hope to grow and help the community in any way we can. We understand automotive work can be expensive, we get it! Our goal to help the customer save money all while providing superior service. We want our customers to feel like they are important, more than just a ticket/job. We want to know our customers by name and likewise they know us by name. With hassle free no pressure sales tactics and expert advice, our technicians will NEVER try and sell you something you don't need. As the customer, you will be advised and kept up to date through the entire process of our service to you. You are important to us and we want you to know that. Some things that might set us apart from other shops are: -*We do not charge for basic diagnostic work so long as you bring your vehicle back to us for the repairs. If you choose to take your vehicle elsewhere, we will charge a diagnostic fee. -We are family oriented and operated! So, we understand that some times your children might have to tag along with you, therefore, we have kept that in mind! We have a play area for children near our lobby so that your children can have fun while you wait. This room is filled with toys for boys and girls. We understand that children don't always want to sit and be patient while you wait on automotive repairs or someone to come pick you up. -We have clean bathrooms and offer a changing table for parents with infants. -At I.N. Touch Automotive we like to treat our customers like family! Our technician promise to treat your vehicle as their own. -We service all vehicle makes and models. -Professional, clean, and quality work. -Early and late hassle free drop box service. -Arrangements for local shuttle service back to your home. -Warranty labor work for 6 months. -We deal with multiple automotive part suppliers, even dealers, to get you the best quality and price available. With "Integrity driven, Quality assured" our hope is that you will pass other shops to come to I.N.
