I am a Level 3 REPS certified Personal Trainer currently based across all 8 Active Cardiff Leisure Centres. I have over 7 years of experience within the fitness industry and during this time have coached a variety of different people ranging from old and overweight clients to athletes. I have experience in a wide range of exercise and sport such as Kettlebell training to Muay Thai Kickboxing and Military style fitness. I plan to deliver this experience to everyone that I train and can guarantee that you will achieve the fitness and lifestyle goals you are striving to achieve. I believe in the idea that no two people are alike and I feel this should be the same for any exercise and nutrition programme. Prices start from £30 per session. I offer 6 & 12 session packages which will include a wellness assessment at every 6 sessions, an exercise programme and nutrition advice throughout. Other services include Home training and Outdoor Fitness sessions.
