I am Accredited member of National Counselling Society and I adhere to their Code of Ethics. My preferred counselling approach is based on the Person Centred model developed by Carl Rogers, but I also work with different counselling methods such as CBT and Psychodynamic approach.I would very often use combination of different techniques to adapt unique treatment for each person. As a counsellor I aim to listen to my clients empathically, with compassion and acceptance.
