SHQIP: Shoqata Integrative Gjermano-Shqiptare, IDEAL, është një bashkim i shoqërive gjermano-shqiptare, individëve dhe institucioneve, qëllimi kryesor i së cilit është të nxisë edhe më tej bashkëpunimin në fushën e integrimit si dhe në ato ekonomike, shoqërore dhe kulturore të marrëdhënieve dypalëshe. Puna e shoqatës fokusohet jo vetëm në mbështetjen e integrimit të plotë të emigranteve shqiptar në shoqërinë gjermane, në fushën e arsimit e të profesionit, por edhe në përkrahjen e brezit të ri me prejardhje shqiptare në identifikim e tyre me kulturën dhe historinë shqiptare si dhe atë gjermane. IDEAL mbështet integrimin shoqëror të emigrantëve shqiptarë duke ruajtur njëkohësisht identitetin dhe kulturën e tyre si dhe mundëson shkëmbimin e përvojave dhe të dijeve ndërmjet individëve, institucioneve dhe kompanive. IDEAL në këtë mënyrë kontribuon në përmirësimin e dialogut ndërmjet shtetasve të të dy vendeve si dhe në reduktimin dhe eleminimin e paragjykimeve dhe armiqësive të ndryshme. DEUTSCH: Wir sind eine Vereinigung von deutsch-albanischen Gesellschaften, Einzelpersonen und Institutionen, die sich für ein stärkeres Zusammenwirken in Integrations- und Partizipationsthemen einsetzt sowie in wirtschaftlichen, sozialen und kulturellen Fragen der bilateralen Beziehungen engagiert. Der Schwerpunkt der IDEAL liegt nicht nur in der Förderung von albanischen Zuwanderern bei ihrer vollständigen Integration in der Gesellschaft, in der Aus- und Weiterbildung und im Berufsleben, sondern auch in der Unterstützung der jüngeren Generation albanischer Zuwanderer bei der Identifikation mit der albanischen und der deutschen Kultur und Geschichte. IDEAL fördert die gesellschaftliche Mitwirkung albanischer Zuwanderer bei gleichzeitiger Erhaltung der eigenen Identität und Kultur sowie ermöglicht den Austausch von Erfahrung und Wissen zwischen deutsch-albanischer Personen, Institutionen und Unternehmen. Auf dieser Weise leistet IDEAL einen Beitrag bei der Verbessung des Dialogs von Bürgern aus beiden Ländern und bei dem Abbau von Vorurteilen und Feindlichkeiten. ENGLISH: German-Albanian Integration Association (IDEAL) is a unification of German-Albanian associations, institutions and common people. Their main aim is to improve the bilateral relations by increasing the cooperation in the areas of integration, economy, culture, and society. Our association is not only focused on supporting the full integration of Albanian emigrants in the German society in the areas of education and professional jobs, but we are focused on supporting the new generation of Albanian emigrants in identifying themselves with the Albanian and German history and culture. IDEAL supports the social integration of Albanian emigrants, at the same time as keeping their native identity and culture. IDEAL facilitates the exchange of the knowledge and experiences between different individuals, institutions and companies. This way IDEAL contributes in improving the dialogue and the relations between the citizens of both countries, and helps in reducing and eliminating the misunderstandings and animosity.
