Like taking a walk back to the 1940's, Ike's maintains a cozy, warm atmosphere with dim-lighting, swinging music, and hearty entrees. Founded in 2002, in memory of the owner's father, Ike's offers a wide variety of options suitable for any appetite. Voted "The Best Burger" by CityPages several years running, the Ike's burger is the crown jewel of burgers in the Twin Cities. Breakfast is served daily on weekdays from 7:00AM to 10:00AM, with a menu sporting classic egg dishes and freshly squeezed fruit juices. From 11:00AM to 2:00PM, lunch is served. The front is turned into a carvery station, where sandwiches of roast beef and turkey are sliced right before your eyes. At 4:00PM dinner begins, with a menu offering a wide array of steaks, fish, and small plates. On Saturday and Sunday, from 10:00AM to 2:00AM our world-famous, family-style brunch is served, with a never-ending platter of sausage, bacon, pancakes, and hash-browns, with your choice of eggs any way you would like them. Our happy hour runs from 3:00PM to 6:00PM, Monday through Friday. Beginning at 4:00PM, all small plates are buy one, get one free. Be sure to stop in and see us soon! And remember, "Be Nice!"
For individuals taking the Light-Rail from Mall of America or the Airport, follow the train downtown and get off at the 5th Street and Nicollet Mall stop. The Light-Rail can also be used by individuals coming from brunch to get to the Metrodome on Vikings games.
