Description

A unique gelateria & latteria whose products are imported from the heart of Italy. The store was designed and built in Perrugia, Italy, and shipped over. We use the old fashioned method and age our gelato (Italian ice cream) base. In winter, we also offer organic deli meat and vegetarian paninis. Our gelato bases exclude chemical emulsifiers and stabilizers, preservatives, artificial colouring or man-made aroma replicators or even white sugar. Our gelato uses pure grape sugar and/or non-GMO corn dextrose from Europe and raw, off-white and certified organic from Brazil. The different gelato base flavours are sourced from around the world -- pistachios from the historic Bronte region in Sicily, hazelnuts from Piemonte in Italy where the Medicis got their hazelnuts, Alfonso mangoes from Bombay, Soft-skin coconuts from Sri Lanka. Our gelato makers also prepare gelato cakes and pastries, biscotti gelato sandwiches and gelato on a Stick-o. Combine all of this with our Magnelli brand of capuccino, espresso, espresso machiato, Americano; or different teas; gelato burgers on Italian organic brioche buns or pannetone Italian cakes and you have a winner.
