DE TIRAMISÙ DI “MAMMA MIA” (DE ORIGINELE TIRAMISÙ VAN LA MAMMA ITALIANA) Eindelijk is het nu ook in Amsterdam mogelijk de enige echte Italiaanse Tiramisù te proeven, Home Made! Om dat te maken zijn onze Italianen aan de slag gegaan met Eieren, Suiker, Savoiardi of Lange Vingers, Mascarpone, Cacao en Koffie, met de mokka machine gemaakt! Het in stand houden van een traditie Zoals iedere Italiaanse mamma ons leert, is de enige echte Tiramisù de Tiramisù die thuis met liefde gemaakt is. Je hebt geduld nodig Weten dat je geduld moet hebben maakt deel uit van het spel. Lekkere dingen hebben tijd nodig om te worden wat ze uiteindelijk zullen zijn. Dat is de reden waarom wij ruim van te voren moeten weten wat voor bestellingen er zijn. Email ons minstens 24 uur voor het gewenste afleveringstijdstip want elke bestelling wordt vers op de dag van aflevering bereid (en het moet binnen maximaal drie dagen gegeten worden). Zo gaat dat met producten die thuis worden gemaakt. Welke? Wij maken de traditionele Italiaanse Tiramisù, maar voor wie het wil proberen, maken wij ook een Nederlandse versie, (ja hoor!), met bier. Voor kinderen kunnen wij tiramisù met vruchten en Chocomel maken, zonder koffie. Wat eet jij? Om risico’s met het gebruik van rauwe eieren te vermijden, pasteuriseren wij deze zelf. Op de manier hoeft niemand zich daar zorgen over te maken. Hoeveel wil je hebben? Onze standaardverpakking is klein (voor ongeveer twee personen), een tussenmaatje (ongeveer vier) en een grote (ongeveer acht). Maar we kunnen altijd een andere overeenkomst over hoeveelheden en dozen bereiken. Waar brengen wij het naartoe? Wij leveren onze Tiramisù direct af bij jou aan de deur, binnen de Amsterdamse Ring A10. Schrijf duidelijk het afleveradres op met een telefoonnummer. In order to make it, we get together: a space full of italian guys working with Eggs, Sugar, Savoiardi-biscuits, Mascarpone, Cacao and Coffee, made by our “Moka” percolator. Honoring the tradition Like every italian mother teaches, the best tiramisù is the one made with love “at home”. That's why also your order will be prepared “at home”, with all the love we're capable of. Patience is needed Knowing you must wait for it, is a part of the game. Tasty things of good quality need time to become like they are. That's why we evaluate all the requests before accepting them. Email us at least 24h before your wished delivery time. Every order is freshly prepared the day before the delivery (and it must be eaten within the following three)... because that's the way things are, being made at home! Which one? Following the tradition we propose to our guests Tiramisù, the classical one, the original one, just the way Mamma Mia does it. But for those who want to give it a try, we also have a Dutch version (oh yes!), with beer. For the kids, we can make tiramisù with fruits or Chocomel, without coffee. What are you eating? To avoid the use of raw eggs, we pasteurize them during the making of tiramisù, so we can all relax and taste it safely. How much do you want it? Our usual packaging is small (for about two people), medium (for about four), and large (for about eight). But we can always reach a different agreement about quantities and boxes. Per farlo abbiamo infatti: una casa, ragazzi italiani che ci lavorano dentro, uova, zucchero, savoiardi, mascarpone, cacao in polvere, cioccolato e caffè... quello della moka. La tradizione Come ogni mamma italiana insegna, il migliore tiramisù è quello fatto con amore e tra le mura di casa. E' proprio nella nostra casa quindi che sarà preparato anche il vostro, con tutto l'amore possibile. Ci vuole pazienza... Saper aspettare fa parte del gioco. Le cose buone hanno bisogno di tempo per diventare come sono. Mandaci una mail con il tuo ordine almeno 24 ore prima di quando desideri riceverlo. Ogni ordine sarà preparato rigorosamente il giorno precedente alla consegna e dovrà essere mangiato nei successivi tre... perchè così si fa a casa! Quale vuoi? Come da tradizione proponiamo il tiramisù, quello classico, proprio come lo fa mamma mia, ma per chi la volesse sperimentare, ne abbiamo anche una versione olandese udite udite... con la birra. Per i più piccoli il tiramisù alla frutta e senza caffè. Cosa mangi? Per evitare di utilizzare uova crude, le pastorizziamo durante la preparazione del Tiramisù, così siamo tutti più tranquilli. Quanto ne vuoi? Le nostre vaschette standard sono piccole (per circa 2 persone), medie (per circa 4) o grandi (per circa 8). Ma possiamo sempre accordarci per quantità e contenitori diversi.
