I still remember the last time there was not a 2 as the first number on my body weight. I was 19 then and I have spent the last 17 years of my life trying to get back that point. One might argue that I wasn't trying very hard and there were times when I never thought I would get there! In April 2012, Carrie and I went on a three day trip to Las Vegas. We went to clubs and did the "Vegas" thing. We had a blast, but it just didn't feel the same, something was different. Like many do, we took many pictures of our adventures, but instead of smiling at all the fun we had, we got disgusted with how we looked in the pictures. We decided at that moment to change things and started a hardcore cleansing program the next morning. We stayed dedicated to this system for the remainder of the year, but something was still missing. Borderline starvation and running was just not satisfying. One bad weekend and the weight would come back, we were tired and it just did not seem worth it. So naturally, some of the weight came back on. In March of 2013, after seeing a friend go on and on about how amazing Beachbody was, we decided to give Insanity a try. Then shortly into Insanity we started drinking Shakeology. I have only gone without Shakeology maybe five days since... I love it!! We enjoyed Insanity, but found it difficult to do the workouts due to the time commitment. Then, near the end of the program, Tina started going on and on again about a new program called Focus T25. We liked Shaun T, so we decided to try it, only this time, we did it with her in an accountability group. Well this time, all the worlds aligned! The program was great! It felt like the program was designed with me in mind! It was short, hardcore and the results we were seeing was amazing! We got through a round of T25 and I permanently removed the 2 from the first number of my weight!! First time since I was 19!! A few weeks after we completed T25, the news came out that a new version of P90X was coming out... Only this time it was a 30 minute version!! It was like Beachbody had designed another program just with us in mind! We had to try it and I fell in love again! The variety of cardio, strength training, yoga, pilates, plyometric exercises completely changed my body. It was during this exercise program that I decided to start sharing our love of the products to help other people! Welcome to our page! I share my story because I know there are many of you out there that are wanting the same and don't think the time is available... We can help get you there!
